Policies

Late/Cancellation Policy: Please arrive to your appointment on time (not early or late) to avoid interfering with another guest's slot. There is a 10 minute grace period. Arriving to your appointment 10-20 minutes late will incur a $15 late fee. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and your card will be charged with the remaining balance. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the remaining balance and no call/no shows will be charged 100%. Rescheduling on the same day of your appointment will require a new deposit. 

*Please don't hesitate to communicate through text/email if you must arrive to your appointment early or late.

Deposits: All deposits are nonrefundable, but can be transferred to a different appointment time/date. In a situation where BYCHI Esthetics Studio must reschedule, the deposit will be refunded if the client does not accept the new appointment time/date.

Refund Policy: No refunds. In the rare case of premature lash loss, the client must contact BYCHI Studio within 24 hours of receiving the service. After 24 hours, reservicing will cost $40. 

*We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone.

 

Shipping policy: After your order has been placed, please allow 1 - 3 business days (excluding holidays) for your order to be fulfilled and shipped out. Orders will be sent out Monday- Friday and you will receive a tracking number via email.

If you have not received your tracking info after 4 business days, please contact us at winkdbychi@gmail.com or info@bychiesthetics.com. BYCHI Studio is not responsible for your package once it has been sent out, please contact USPS or your international carrier with concerns regarding your package.

 

We do not accept returns. Only orders that have not been shipped out are eligible for refunds. 

PLEASE NOTE: Orders that show up "delivered" according to USPS will not be re-shipped or refunded.
